We love to worship
with children and these Sunday programs help children learn
more about their Lord. Children are welcome during service,
especially during our praise music time and children's story.
KIDS' Church
During the 815 A.M. and 10:45 A.M. worship
services on the second Sunday of each month, we have a special
service for kids in grades K-5 in Fellowship Hall. This service
is developed to help this age group have a better understanding
and closer walk with God. This year we are learning how to and
what it means to put on the armor of God: the belt of truth, the
breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet
of salvation, the sword of the Spirit and more.
Nursery
Our nursery is designed and staffed to
keep your children safe so that you can worship without worry.
Only scheduled nursery workers (who have
signed Child Protection Guidelines) are permitted in the nursery
between and during Sunday services. A nursery attendant is on
duty at the table outside the nursery to assist parents in checking
children into the nursery. As you check your child into the nursery,
you receive a number. If you are needed for your child in the
nursery while you are in worship service, your child's number
is lit in the sanctuary. In order for us to maintain the safest
environment for your child, you must have your calling system
number tag for your child to be released to you.
Children are separated according to age
in the nursery. Children less than 1 year old are in the Infant
Nursery and children between 2 and 3 years old are in the Toddler
Nursery. During the 10:45 service, the 2 and 3 year olds
each have their own room due to the larger number of kids. There
are two staff members in each nursery during each service.

the west end of the lobby.
Junior Worship
During the 8:15 A.M. and 10:45 A.M. Sunday
Worship Services, children ages 3 through kindergarten are encouraged
to go to a special Junior Church service after Children't Time
with the Pastor. Junior Church is led by adults who love kids
and plan a special time of crafts, songs, and a story to teach
the children about the faith. The children also worship with prayer.
After worship service, you may pick up your children by following
the handprints at the east end of the lobby to the lower level.
Children's Time with the Pastor
We invite children of all ages to come
forward for a special time with the Paster during worship services.
Parents are invited to come with their children if they are new
or unsure. Children are then released to go to Junior Worship,
the nursery, or back to their parents, depending upon their ages.
Communion
Children of any age are welcome to participate
in communion. Infants and young children are blessed, while older
children can take communion. This can be a special time of holiness
together as you introduce your child into the mysteries of our
faith.
